Selling second hand fridges

I bought a Defy fridge and the first one was faulty so they brought me another one wrapped in glad wrap. Their excuse for that was that they inspected the fridge. When I opened the fridge there were dead flies in the vegetable drawer as well as small bugs and dust. The top of the fridge was dusty and underneath the fridge were dust***** and spiderwebs. Inside the fridge at the top where the rubber presses against were scratchmarks. On the side was a small damage mark and the fridge had no booklet. I phoned them immediatly and named all the complains, according to them the fridge is new and their answer for the booklet: They don't know where it is they'll phone me back. A minute later they phoned to tell me it stayed on the table when they inspected it. I told them to come fetch the fridge and I went to fetch my money. After they firstly refused to fetch it I collected my money. Got there and asked them if they saw the fridge they only rep**** with a yes. When I started naming the things that is wrong and showed them photos they questioned the lady and she said it only had a box on it. Which tells me it is second hand that they selled at full cost. This is unacceptable
