Selling old returned stock as new

<p>So Iwent in that stupid strore (Ok furniture ) looking for a deep freezer a consultant named Nelly assisted me how friendly was she..the purchase went well the fridge was on sale..8months later the fridge is dead.so everything in rotten.They sent over a consultant from Kic only to tell us the fridge is broken "durh" and needs to be replaced. When he opened it things that needed to be connected were not or were missing. So we were sold an old broken fridge. Now I'm sitting with no fridge and Kic says it'll take 3 weeks to replace it.how is that fair.why do these stores keep old returned stock and sell it as new?talk about ******** poor innocent people. </p>
