Selling old mattresses

Horrible service had I checked reviews on hello Peter first I would not have set foot at this store. We bought a mattress at thier store in Adderley Street Golden Acre Cape Town, the mattress got delivered and you could clearly see it was an old mattress after we unwrapped the plastic, you would literally roll to the middle of it they just changed the material,that took forever for them to fetch it and kept saying it's "factory fault". When that eventually happened they sent one, we opened that and everything looked okay, until we noticed it's infested and when they were asked and told about this we were told about supplier not taking back infested mattresses it's not part of their guarantee. I'm disgusted with the poor service this store has, it must be boycotted, I've spoken with Zeenat at that store and many others but nobody seems to come with any solutions. Poor poor poor store
