Selling Faulty goods and *********** staff

On the 25.11.23 I was happy to receive my order of a washing machine,sofa and Bluetooth speakers which I had bought at 1 of your branches in Mayfield davetyon,after opening my buy with excitement and preparing to use them I was 1st disappointed by the speaker which was faulty,took it back and requested a refund as it was still under warranty but to date I still have not received anything,little did I know that, that was the beginning of my problems as I was using the washing machine I experienced a terrible sound coming from it as it was on spin dry,I sent the sales consultant who was assisting me when I was doing the purchase (Zandile Shinganga) a video of what the machine was doing and she confirmed that Happy who does repairs and refunds for them will issue out a refund for me,I even went to the branch myself as the process was dragging but was told that I can't be assisted until the washing machine is back in their position and I should bring it,I hired a car and paid to take it back and they agreed upon inspection that the machine was faulty and they'll give me a refund or alternatively i can take another machine which they had on promo but was extra by R500 which I didn't mind paying,upon checking the price for the new machine it had increased by R2000,I couldn't afford it as it was well over my budget,Happy then suggested that i can go buy another machine while i wait for their refund as i had mentioned that i saw 1 at game,days later after a lot of calls and a lot of costly trips to their branch I'm still without my refund and I have already bought another machine as it was a matter of urgency and need for me and my family.
