Sealy Grande Queen NO Turn Base Set

Good Day, On 1st December 2024 I purchased a Sealy Grande NO turn Base set from OK Furniture's - Vryheid - KwaZuluNatal... I was waiting for my carlet to be washed before putting in my new bed which I did so on 23 December... I thought after paying the amount I paid I would be able to start start getting a good night's rest in at last as my old bed was very old... But how disgusted I am... It is now January 6th 2025 and as I lay here on this bed my blood is boiling and I'm furious... After the 3rd night I started sleeping in a "hole"... I rotated the mattress but AGAIN....SAME problem...now both sides...left and right...are just sunken in... My back is killing me... WHAT is OK Furniture's in Vryheid and SEALY going to do about this...I was assured it was a "good buy"....??? I've read some reviews of other people with same bed and ALL have the SAME problem... I have to go in...produce receipt which I have and then like the other people so far...just get kept for a fool and wait for...HOW long before I am given a NEW and DIFFERENT bed as I never want one like this again.... Quite frankly I want my money back thank you so I can buy a proper bed at another retailer... I've rotated this mattress 5 times allready but I'm just sleeping in bigger holes...This is utterly unacceptable....!!!
