**** SEALLY BED

I bought 5 beds in total last year ,branded Seally in Ok firstly I was contacted from time to time when they're having sale or stuff now am having a challenge no one Is willing to assist.this bed in particular is giving me night mares I visited the store 1st Day after It landed home because I couldn't inside wheels they exchanged the base.second time after they gave me base learned that I cannot shift it to clean its wheels and holes to put it isn't strong since then now I sleep at Ok for they always give me wheel everytime because they couldn't change it now because my warranty expired now they contacted they're manufacturer for sSealy as I told them to take the Bed and give me refund as am no longer comfortable with the bed malfunction .Seally consultant that called after a guery locked I talked to a lady named Rachel who was their contact person who insist on speaking to Ok furniture clients in Xhosa or Zulu even if they don't know the language. Now after months of claim with no one checking on me since December, last week Lephalale ok on Thursday called to say they decided to give me another base .The bed itself dsnt carry standard of seally coz after a year usage base cannot put wheels top matress its making sound when you climb it as its utilised for years .Sunday sended someone to the store to carry Base for me.Now William at the store Ok lephalale where i bought the bed dsnt wanna release the base anymore first they said someone dealing with Query isn't at work will come Monday. Monday when I went to ask William isn't available story now is due to loadshedding base coudnt be given am tired of pillar to post Ok furniturehave my cash me am stuck with a faulty product that i cannot use even after i paid them in cash.Ref S307428 Salate mogafe contact ***.
