I salate l mogafe contact ***bought a seally queen bed on 2022 since it was bought there is one problem after another ,I reported the problem to the store all the time they wait 3 weeks to a month ro assist me as they need authorisation to replace or exchange something.first it was base they said it was out of warranty they charged me for it R400 ,now the mattress is making noise they wanna charge me R3000 ro replace it for me after all the bed was bought R8000 when I request the must take their bed n refund my money they refused but their bed isn't quality I feel their made bed that isn't of quality to reap of clients .I have beds with different brand that o bought before 2010 that I still in use with no problems this one I don't understand it n now my back injury got worse because of this bed am sleeping on.
