Samsung washing machine nightmare

Bought a #SAMSUNG 19kg washing machine from OK FURNITURE online. Paid over R7000 and hardly a year, the unit keeps giving different error faults. This all started from 3 months after purchase. They had me pay to fix it. The unit is giving me endless issues and they refused to assist with repair or exchange. This is very ********* business practice.
