Samsung A11 (Notification "USB COnnected" & "USB Disconnected").

I'm writing this review tro serve as a complain on a cellphone (Samsung A11) that I've previously purchased from OK Furniture Moruleng Mall, North West. I've purchased the phone as a present for my partner. The cellphone is not even 6 months old, but for the past couple of weeks my partner has been having issues with the phone.

There seem to be having a application or hardware related notification which keeps on popping on and off on the screen. Notifying that theres a "USB Connected" & "USB Disconnected" even if the phone is not connected to a charger.

We've tried updating all the necessary phone applications and phone software thinking that will resolve the issue. But the problem is still recurring.

This problem however is frustrating and it's draining the phone battery. As it gives my partner battery life on 5 hours to use daily, before putting it on the charge.

Please take note, the phone is still in good condition and there hasn't been any damage or fall from the device.

We are taking the phone back to the shop where we purchased it (OK Furniture, Moruleng Mall). If possible, we would like to have an exchange or refund, or alternative phone of some sort of the same price.

As we believe that this is a factory fault.
