Rude Supervisor Brenda NO ETHICS AT ALL

<p>Me and my wife went to the store to take a fridge and a stove and around June 2016 and its under my wifes name Monica Advontuur account number***. End of June 2016 o paid R1000 which i was not suppose to pay, they told us that we should start paying the end of July and the debit its on my account Tsietsi Zikalala but the 1st payment was supposed to be made by hand payment. On the 31st of July 2016 we went to the store in Midrend to pay R2000. And today they debit my an amount of R1733.53 when we call we find the Rude Brenda who i doubt knows what customer service means and i doubt she had a clue how to deal with such quries now im on a negative balance on my account other debit wont be honored, honering fees should be paid by me. Please assist. I asked for their complains department the number they gave me has no respond. ********** 000 . </p>
