Rude stuff and no customer service

On Friday I was at Alex mall, I was assisted by Granny she was very kind and willing to help me but that was not the same story with other stuff members. I bought a bed and a sound bar, I did not take the items that I bought since I was waiting for my transport to come. I left the shop to do other shopping as everything was on special. Later in the day I went back to get my sound bar I was then told that they were finished I could take the one on display, the guy that was issuing out stock I think his name is ndalamo he just put the sound bar and put it next to me I even asked him if he will be putting it inside the box he said no and just left me there.

On Saturday I went to fetch my bed I was told the beds were finished the last one was on display. I refused to take the one on display as it had strains and would later give me problems if it had faults. I was then told I could wait 3 weeks they waiting for delivery from the factory. I left the shop the later came back for a refund. The lady at the till told me she Ddnt have enough money and she is cashing up I should come tomorrow she wants to go home she carried on back chatting and even said last week she got a warning because there was a shortage I don't know what that had anything to with me . I spoke to the manager as he was assisting me the lady told him she had already cashed up. The manager couldn't assist me and all he could say was I should call the head office.

The cashier was very rude and back chatted telling me she won't assist me. She did all that I front of the manager and he ddnt even reprimand her. This was my first time shopping at ok and I will not set a foot in that shop ever again.

There's no customer service, sense of urgency and the staff just don't care about the next person
