Rude Delivery Team

Purchased a lounge suite and when it arrived,the delivery team damaged one of the chairs. They were extremely rude and unapologetic about what happened. A replacement was requested and when it arrived on Friday the 18th of December 2015, the same delivery team arrived and their behaviour was appaling! As i was at work, my mom volunteered to accept the delivery. One of the guys swore at her, calling her a N@@3r. I am completely and utterly disgusted that OK Furniture would employ/outsource to such individuals. I expect OK Furniture to apologise to my mother and i expect their logistics partner to do the same.
