Rude consultants

I called ok furniture in kimberley on 2025-03-14 at about 13:00 regarding an item in their on line catalogue. The consultant pick up the phone and dont answer or speak, until you do. I explained the reason for my call and the consultant answered "WHAT". I explained once more, my call was placed on hold and disconnected. I do not inderstand how this store is still operational
