Rude Cashier

I am really unhappy with how the cashier by the name of Nomhle doesn’t transfer my calls when I contact OK as I would like to speak to the sales agent Mvumi who assisted me when I bought my washing machine. Nomhle is very rude and never smiles and she is also rude around customers always treating the other employees wrong and rude. Can this please be attended to because I wanted to buy a bed but I am in Jhb coming back to pe so I was going to pay when I’m there but I couldn’t get hold of Mvumi as Nomhle failed to transfer me to her more that 5 times. I highly do not appreciate it because when I eventually got hold of Mvumi it was through her private cell phone. Mvumi is an exceptional sales agent and always willing to go al out for her customers hence I alway want her to assist me. With this happening now I can buy from her and I want to buy from her alone as I trust her. Please attend to Nomhle and I am expecting a feedback from OK regarding this. I missed a sale because of this Nomhle
