rude and bad attitude

iam very dissapointed in okay furnitures after being in contact with you guys you still handed me over, a rude lady by the name of Elize called me from a cell number:***, called and was very rude said she is sending someone to my work address to come and fetch me so that they can repossess my goods, she was very rude and did not want to listen to anything i had to say and then hung up on me, i find this offensive, at the end of the day we all clients and we have the right to be treated with respect, i would like someone from okay to contact me and clear this up , because you will loose plenty of clients because of this woman, at the moment there is some financial constraint, however the account will be sorted by the end of august and settled in full.
