Romano 3 action suite

Ok Furniture in Springs is very *********** when I bought the Romano 3 recliner action suite I was told it comes with 3 years warranty now the couch the stitches have teared of which its a factory fault, when I emailed them for repairs they only told me that it comes with one year warranty. Not only are they *********** they have false advertising as well. If you want satisfactory service even after sale definitely OK is not the correct rectailer I wouldn't recommend anyone there more especially Springs branch with the like of Zweli Mthethwa in it.
