Robbing customers

<p>In 2013 I purchased a Sony home theatre from OK Furniture at Quagga centre Pretoria. I took the 2 year guarantee plus the 1 year warranty. 1 year down the line the amp blew. I then took the amp back to Ok furniture. I was told by the salesperson who sold the Home Theatre to me that the guarantee has been cut down to 1 year as the unit has been discontinued but he took the amp in and got it fixed. I was unhappy about the guarantee falling away as I paid for it. This is where I felt ********** or let me rather say they ****** me blindly. Another year down the line the amp blew. I contacted Ok and spoke to the manager who is rude as hell has a bad attitude. She now says that so many years has passed and I want to to come and claim. My problem is they knew that home theatre is faulty and they lie now and say the guarantee has been cut. This manager now says that the regional manager says that there is no way forward with this situation. So these people are big ****** people should not shop at this store as for Sony if you knew that your amps are faulty why put it on shelves. Now I sit with an expensive broken amp. I am very angry and disgusted with this type of treatment and *******.</p>
