On the 17th of March I bought 50 Inch JVC TV at OK furniture in Oudtshoorn. When I bought it I was told that they don't have one in stock and suggested that I take the demo which was on display. It was then wrapped in a plastic and I took it home.

One day I realized that it developed a round shape of a ball size. I reported it on the 11 April which was less than a month old. That ball developed to a rainbow lines .

I took it back to the shop some few days after I reported it because I did not have transport to take it back as they instructed me. Upon my arrival the supervisor said she will take it to be checked as to what could be the problem and will also inform the manager because he was on leave.

Firstly the impression and the attitude that I got from the clerk from that shop was very negative as if that ball shape that was on the TV, I did it myself... how on earth could I do that except from the fact that he was insulting me by insinuating that. Secondly the Manager called me saying the fact that I left with the TV in working condition then its my fault. They sold me an old TV knowing that when I leave the shop, should anything happen to it , it will be my fault .
