Ridiculous service from the manager

My name is Simphiwe Hlophe and i did an application for a fridge at OK west street about 3 weeks ago now, my application took ridiculously long that i was asked to submit the same documents three times (recent original payslip, 3 months bank statement and an I.D. Copy. Today i called to find out about the progress of my application since it usually takes 48 hour and since my references have been contacted. I spoke to Mr Govender the manager of the store in west street(OK) who was extremely rude and harsh to me as a client. He shouted at me in a very rude way even though i kept telling him not to since im a legit customer. I even told him i would take this further and he said he doesn't care i can even call the director if i want to he doesn't care. I had the worst clustomer experience ever and i couldn't understand coz i only wanted to find out hw many time i need to submit my documents, i can't submit more than four times and it's costing me. Mr Govender doesn't derseve his title of a Manager and he will lose a lot of customers for his bad attitude towards them. Even today my application hasn't been processed and have no idea why. I need this delt with immediately.
