Returns, no delivery poor customer service

I bought a washing machine and a 4 burner stove and the washing , stock was delivered on the 19/6, washing machine filter broke at first wash and the oven for the stove was broken an not closing properly, I reported the matter to the store and they said they would send a technician, technician came after 2 weeks said he cannot be able to fix the stock,I went back to the store and report again, i was calling everyday the ladies said they will call me back and never did, I went to the store again and again, I spoke to Hlumisa sales lady she took me to Nicole the one who said they gonna give me a new filter and a new stove, ive been waiting since then, I called again on the 31/8 spoke to Nicole said she is gonna call me she never did, I bought the goods because I needed them and I wanna use them, so I don't know what to do now
