I bought a bed for delivery on Sunday, it was not delivered on the arranged date. Poor communication, you have to call in order to know what is the delay, or when your items will be delivered till the following day. a different kind was delivered and they will take you up and down back and forth for a refund. Whether you are satisfied or not. They can't talk to customers. Their sales people will drag the process. Product unused, within 7 days of receipt original receipt of purchase available. Yet it's a struggle.
