RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS

I purchased a lounge suite at the end of Oct 2017. It was broken and they delivered another set. Once again it broke on a few places. I called the head office and a wonderfully helpful lady assisted me. The salesman called me to say that theu were requesting a voucher for me in return to purchase another product... I am NOT so hapoy about that as i paid HARD SAVED CASH noe im going to be given a VOUCHER forcing me to purchase again at tbe store. I am sure i have the right to take my CASH and go some place else???? In saying that i have dealt with OK Furn for the past 18 yrs and have had nothing but wonderful service. All my furniture is from there even my brand new bedroom suite that was replaced by my insurance and it is beautiful... Please just credit me my refund so i can get my home sorted out i am expecting visitors and i am extremely embarrassed about this situation.
