Retrenchment Insurance

<p>What do I do.....went to Ok Furniture, old account, all documents handed in, confirmed, went to study after retrenchment and then.....3.5 years later an embarrassment at my work, getting summons for outstanding account. Ok can't give me any details of what happened. The attorneys, Botha attorneys said to pay, there staff is rude and uncalled for, do not respond on email correspondence. Giving me an account with lots of interest to .........why did Ok furniture not contact me, why was there no correspondence or explanations!! </p>
