Restonic dream gold queen size bed

I have purchased Restonic dream gold queen size bed online on the 27/08/2021 and it was delivered the next day My problem is that when I turn the bed makes a noise.Now my concern is about the quality of this bed hence the bed is still new.I want my refund or exchange for a better brand please.
