Restonic bed

I bought a restonic bed at OK furnitures in Quagga Shopping mall on Friday the 26th of April 2024. I noted that the bed is damaged. I went back to the shop to lodge a complaint. OK asked me to send them the photos and I did that as requested. I was then asked to arrange a transport at my cost even though I have paid for transport when a bed was delivered to where I stay. So, why must I pay for transport again. I was also told that I should contact Restonic company. I did not buyb the bed at Restonic but at OK. Make me understand this.
