Restonic and Ok Furniture

<p>Last month I bought a Restonic queen base set and 3 days after purchase I encountered faults by the bed so I contacted Ok furniture and I was told that my claim has been logged with Restonic I waited about 2 weeks and then I phoned again o was told there is A sales Rep die to visit my home and assess the bed waited again a week after that I called and one of the Supervisor there told me I must listen to what she's telling me with a very bad attitude and I phoned Ok customer care line they gave me a ref no so few mins after that I received a call from ok telling me that I must come a collect a display base so I told them it wasn't my fault that the bear is faulty so they delivered after few calls I made to them so the very same base they brought is now less than a week and it is giving a similar fault So I feel Restonic is advertising false info by saying their base and mattres are the best and worst Ok furniture has an extremely poor service I am going to take this further with CPA if I don't get satisfaction of my cash I used to purchase their item. I am very very disappointed and too angry for both the supplier and retailer.</p>
