Regarding Settlements

Hi everyone, my bad experience with OK furniture in lephalale started in july 2017. On the 28th of July 2017 i went to the store to settle my account all went well i got my payment receipt showing that i do not own them anything. On the 3rd of Aug i reversed the debit order since the account was settled, Gloria at head office shouted at me telling that i will pay the outstanding balance. I told her that the account was settled. Since then i struggled to get an answer out of anyone and my paid up letter. By beginning of Oct there were so much rent and fines put to the account out of R390 i supposedly owned the it showed i was over R2000.00 in arriers. I had to go pay the R390 since they listed me at the beuro even through i have a slip showing i own them nothing. The manager at OK furniture branch was very rood to me and says she doesn't care about getting a bad reputation. Watch out for them when setteling your account.
