Refusing with refund

I have a complain regarding OK furniture in delarayville, I bought an loadsheding injector on the 3rd of January... I wanted to buy the loadsheding machine for water purposes to charge monor to pump water, unfortunately the injector does not pump water. I returned the machine the next day on the 4th with no damage the manger refuse to give me refund and the contract Says the product can be returned within the 7 day if client not happy. It's now the 6 day of calling the manager and does not wanna refund me but literally forcing me to take another option than refund.

All I need is my refund please. The managers name is Vivian
