Refusing with my refund

OK FURNITURE CARTHCART RD QUEENSTOWN UNPROFFESSIONAL STUFF ND POOR SERVICE NEVER EVER GO THERE!!! On the 11th of December i paid for my twin beds they promised to deliver on Friday the 13th I called them on Saturday the lady Thami said i must come and get a refund. When i went there today they said theres no money they are waiting for people to come and pay the other two ladies were laughing and passing remarks that i wont get it
