Refusing to take the damaged goods that were insured for a year..

<div>I would like to complain about the confusing service of OK furniture in Aliwal North. I bought a Jvc dvd on August and i was told the dvd is insured for a year if i experiance a problem with it before August next year i should take it back.. last week two speakers of the dvd gave me a problem and i went at OK to report before giving them the dvd back they said its fine bring it back.. well today i took the dvd back and i was told by one of the guys working there that the speakers of the dvd are not insured. My question is why were they telling me now that the speakers of the dvd were not insured and what did they mean when they said its a one year guarantee? I need help with this..the dvd is worth R2200 my money cant go to waste</div>
