Refusing to refund me my R1400

Please don't buy at Ok furniture store at Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra because they don't want to refund people when they sell things that they can't connect themselves. I went there twice for the very same problem that led me buy it somewhere else and it worked without sweating but when I asked for the refund hence I took it back twice then they straight refused and I left the smart TV box with them because I bought another one and can't use it.
