Refused return while policy protect me

I bought a bed for Red Friday restonic, I have sent my younger brother to go buy since I just gave birth, he came with the bed, only for the bed to be soo hard as if it’s a brick, mind you it’s restonic and I wanted to change my old restonic, I opened the bed to feel it and realised that there’s no way I’ll sleep with my twins on the bed, I then waited for Monday to return since their 7 days return policy still favours me, the bed was covered well and still in original packaging, I got to OK Furniture and the lady at Money Market said she will not accept the bed, because she is not sure if it was used or what, I told her I didn’t use the bed , and the bed is very hard, I cannot sleep with kids there, she was soo rude and told me to return home because she will not help me, I tried reasoning with her but nothing. I wanted to exchange the bed and get a better bed, mind you they knocked off early Saturday and Sunday they were not open, only on Monday they refuse the bed. There’s no way I can sleep on it , it’s not good even for myself. How can I pay soo much for something I won’t use? OK Lydenburg should come collect their bed , I don’t want it, and the money market lady should treat customers well
