Refuse to deliver

My name is Nyameko Dayenil, I bought cash a double bed and microwave at Ok furniture yesterday, and they told me to pay R250 for a delivery next to the shopping center +/_ 1.5 km otherwise they will not deliver my bed and micorwave. I refused to pay it and I told them I will collect it from the store, now they say I must collect it from the Warehouse, why?? I will not do that as i bought the from the store not at the Warehouse. Please help.
