Refusal of refund/ exchange of unit

Ok furniture Lichtenburg branch - I bought the LG machine worth R6000 in December. In march, it started acting up by stopping to dry/spin while in use. I took it back to the because they postponed coming to fetch it. Last week they called to say that the machine has no problem. I asked for the report, i haven't received it
