Refusal of order cancellation and Immediate Refund

Three weeks ago I app**** for credit and was granted. Now between Martin and I, I have been struggling to get what I want. He would impose certain products on me instead of helping me get what I want. skipped the part where he should have told me about deposit. wasted my time trying to force me take less than what I wanted. Imposed insurance and extended guarantees on me without giving me options or allowing me to decide on those. Eventually called me to collect the refrigerator I had been long waiting for only to be told that the driver is not available as usual. when asked for refund Martin told me that I need to sign the contract first. When I refused to sign the contract the cashier backed Martin saying I need to sign the contract first because its the company's policy. I asked for the policy so I could read it. There was none available. Some white sweet lady intervened and said they should give me a refund. The manager, Thembi started mocking me and laughed with her other lady colleague making me feel stupid for being displeased and for wanting a refund and eventually decided that I should get it which I was told would only be available after 10 days.
