Refund request

I bought restonic queen bed online during Black Friday ,since the bed was not delivered on the promise date, I app**** for refund . I have been waiting for the finance department to process my refund request for more than 10 days now . The online team is not helping me as I thought they would.Please assist me on getting my refund because I need the money urgently .
