REFUND NEEDED AND BAD SERVICE FROM ANGELIN

On the 11th November I went to boulders shopping centre in Midrand branch 5908, Thabo assist me well and purchased a defy stove and a wall unit that should have been delivered to Olifansthoek from the Kathu branch in N/Cape . Apparently on Thursday when the goods should have been delivered the wall unit broke and no one from the Kathu branch called me to explain what happened. I only found out 17th November 2015 yesterday when I went to find out what the hold-up was on the stove and Wall unit at 5908 branch.<br> I bought the stove and the wall unit as a birthday present for my mother.<br> Can I please get REFUND.I purchased cash and yet still receiving bad service I SAW SOMETHING I WANT TO BUY AT A DIFFRENT FURNITURE STORE AND WOULD LIKE TO BUY THAT FOR MY MOTHER AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT .<br> I NEED THE REFUND ASAP.<br> Ana Chiyembele-Mgiba<br>
