Refund enquiry

Since I made a refund last year 22 October 2024 at OK furniture at Siyabuswa Mall even today I’m still waiting for their call. They took the receipts and I have been calling them and they said they will get back to me since last year its been almost 4 months now. Or maybe it’s how OK furniture treat the customers or it’s their system work.
