Refund

<p>I deposited washing machine & Paid the everything in full later. The sales guys was on leave so they told me that they can help so i had to wait for two weeks till the guy got back from leave, Now the real fun starts. He got back & he told me that i can’t get my machine so i asked for my refund. I got to the shop with the affidavit they asked for on 04/09/2015 still they told me that they can’t refund me because the person who has to pay me is not in on that day so why did you guys open the store knowing that you can help us when we need things to be done Poor service & I want my refund guys or maybe we are in Soweto that is why you guys give us such a poor service. (I will advise people not buy anything from OK Furniture because of Poor services)</p>
