Refund

0n the 4th May 2023 i bought Couches from OK furniture Jabulani that worth R16000 cash, all to find out they out of stock they only let with the display which i didn't have a problem with, later on i discovered that they were damaged,so they said they gonna give me a refund.....till today their sales man is telling me stories on the phone,please help me to get my money back
