Recieved Display Goods

I bought a refridgerator at Ok Embalenhle Mall Two weeks ago, when they deliver it I was not there. Then they droped it by my neighbour and it was the one they display with and I didnt say I wanted to buy a display I wanted a brand new Fridge. When the Fridge gets to me it had a scratch on the side. I then went back to them to ask why did they sent me damaged goods, the saleslady said she will ask the delivery people. I havent heard anything from her since then. I didnt anything to accept that I recieved it in good condition
