Rain.....its more like Pain

I feel that there should be a option for no stars. Thats how terrible their service is. I.v been with Rain isp 3months now. First week trail speeds was normal/fast. After the first month my speeds drop significantly to a point i cant even watch a youtube video on 320p. Weekends its so bad that i cant even open my mail, or do anything. I.v complained about this for weeks now and nothing gets done about it. I.v send numerous mails back and forth to their support team but nothing gets done. Their support agents just keep using the same respond everytime your issue has been logged with their tier2 department wich is total **** because they turning a blind eye to the problems i.m having. I.m paying r250 for their 19hour offpeak but i swear i.m running on a 4l3g network getting speeds from 0-4mbp max. Since i.v been with them. In what world is that exceptable when you running on a lte 4g network. Its not fair and very frustration as i pay for a service which i.m not getting my wnd of the bargain. I,v come to a point wher i totaly hit a brick wall with them. All i want is decent speeds. Is that to much to ask? And they dont care. I.v come to the conclusion that the company must be run by bots as nothing gets resolve and they give the same respond everytime. No service. How can i have this fixed as i need help to resolve this issue. I work from home and cant do anything but they dont care. Very very bad service. I drink way more now since i joined their network. So dissapointed.
