Rain Not good service

Their Network is very inconsistence and you cannot rely on their Network. Their Support team is also poor, as you can only communicate with only email, no telephonic. Been struggling for sometime, and after I have been with them for 2 Months. They only inform me that 'Please note there are factors affecting the speeds, such as the utilization of the tower you are connected to and the distance of the tower'. I believe I should have been informed of such challenges in advance, because I am sure I am not the only one using this Service. Please be aware people...
