Rain LTE is THE Worst !!!!

Extremely bad services!!!!! My sim did not work for more then 2 weeks and when i sent a email to fix it the person must have changed my out of time and now i was charged for something i did not agree to.!!!! When phoning the call center i got rude agents and promises to get a call back from the manager! He phoned me 21:16 at night and i asked him please phone me during the day we agreed on 10am the next morning and it has been over 2 weeks still no call back. They refuse to correct the wring they made. I have even tried emailing them again and only get arrogant replies!!
