RAIN ISP useless customer service

Really *********** customer service. 2 failed attempts to deliver and even then RAM couriers has there own ****ty attitude to delivering the SIM card. They rather waste more money returning instead of making the effort of meeting me a few hundred meters away. Cant give a time only a date which doesn't help me when I'm in meetings most of the day. RAINs actual customer service was also useless in helping resolve this. It was rather a blatant FU and just do as you told.
