RAIN is useless

I have never experienced such bad service as I have from RAIN. I bought a SIM card from them. I have no signal at my house even though their coverage map shows I am well within their coverage. I logged it with them a month ago. They refer it to their network division and that is the last I hear of it. I still have no signal. I phone everyday and log faults and never get any feedback. There are never any managers available to talk to. They don't even have a physical address you can go to get help. Personally I think the whole company is a ****.
