Rain internet service

We have this Sim card with a so called 'unlimited usage' for a amount of R250p/m off peak and R50 per 1GB peak times, signal is VERY bad. After emailing them on more then one accession they reply and say they do not permit live streaming. But you have a unlimited package. Signal keep on dropping. Not happy at all.
