Purchased TV set with HD Decoder

on Monday 02/10/2017 I purchased a TV set with the HD Decoder which included installation in Mount Frere OK Furniture. As I collected the goods myself I was told the shop will send someone to install the decoder and also bring the dish in the afternoon of that day (02/10/2017) but no one came. I called the shop on Tuesday( 03/10/2017) informing them about the matter, they took my number and said they will call when coming to my place. I waited the whole no call nothing. its now the third day(04/10/2017) since I purchased the goods, I haven't yet used them and no one is explaining the delay. ****ed for day.
