Purchase not delivered even today

Morning my name is Jefrey Mohale my wife Daphney Mohale purchased a stove from Protea Glen Soweto OK Furnisher on the 23 August 2020 . I have since been waiting for the stove to arrive at the shop to no avail . I am very unhappy with the service you guys have given so far and went last week Sunday (4/10/2020) to get the refund even then i was send to pillar and post . I even offered to fetch the stove at the nearest OK furnisher but even that i am still not assisted .The item number is *** please advise on the way forward
