Purchase dispute

Hello my name is Ntsepeng I bought a chest freezer which uses both gas and electric at ok furniture in Orange farm at eyethu mall, it was written that the fridge will be working in 24hrs, but it took 6days without ice. I went back to Ok to complain. Then on the 7th day they came to collect a fridge saying they are going to check it, then they will call me back, they took 2 weeks and some days without calling, I went back to the shop again to ask about the fridge, they said it's working, so I told them am not happy about it and asked for exchange to electricity one, they said they can't exchange then I asked them to refund me, they also said they can't. But their policy said if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, and return them within 7days,they will gladly exchange them or alternatively refund with the purchase price, provided that the goods are still in their original packaging, unsed and in condition for resale. They took a fridge on the 13th of june 2023, till today on the 15th of August a fridge is still at their shop. Hello Peter please help me to get my money back.
